We’re currently investigating intermittent instability affecting a subset of paid status update events within the payment system. In certain cases, this may cause temporary inconsistencies in how payment statuses are displayed in the dashboard.

Our engineering team has identified that the issue originates from delayed or malformed callback responses during status synchronization. Core payment processing, contract generation, and reservation workflows remain unaffected — all financial data and transactions are being processed and stored correctly.

The issue is strictly related to frontend state synchronization and does not impact backend data integrity or operational continuity. We will provide an additional update once the event stream has been fully stabilized.
